Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR, payroll, or related experience preferred.
• Experience processing payroll and working with timekeeping systems preferred.
• HRIS/payroll system experience required (Paychex Flex preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the fullcycle recruiting process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Lead onboarding and new hire experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging transition into the organization
• Maintain ownership of employee records and HRIS data, ensuring accuracy, organization, and confidentiality
• Administer benefits processes, including enrollments, changes, and employee support
• Process weekly and biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
• Review and validate timekeeping data, including attendance, overtime, and pay adjustments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries, providing a high level of service and responsiveness
• Prepare and manage HR documentation, including reports, employee letters, and employment verifications
• Support and reinforce company policies and compliance standards across the organization
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, helping foster a positive and productive workplace culture
