The ideal candidate will have over 5 years in HR roles, particularly within trades or construction, and a keen understanding of employment law. A builder’s mindset and clear communication skills are essential for success at Jetson.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR business partner or employee relations roles.
• Experience with trades or construction industries preferred.
• Deep understanding of Colorado’s employment law landscape.
• Proven track record of building trust with hourly employees.
• Excellent judgment in sensitive situations.
