Job summary

Drivemode, the Honda-backed software and user experience division, seeks a People Operations leader to scale our people programs across a fast-growing org. You’ll design automated people processes, own HR systems, manage onboarding/offboarding, benefits, immigration, and data analytics, partnering with our parent company to shape travel policy and talent experience.

This role requires at least 4 years in tech or enterprise settings, a strong data-driven mindset, and a collaborative, Agile

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in tech or established orgs.
• Experience building employee-friendly People Operations processes and scalable systems.
• Experience managing benefits programs and immigration cases.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to develop and implement people-centric processes.
• Agile, proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement People programs and processes to automate manual tasks.
• Own People Technology initiatives to align systems with growth and goals.
• Organize onboarding programs and ensure smooth integration for new hires.
• Coordinate and manage off-boarding processes with respect and efficiency.
• Own benefits & wellness programs and educate employees on offerings.
• Liaise with immigration partners and manage end-to-end processes.
• Consult employees on day-to-day People matters and provide timely support.
• Manage HR systems (HiBob, VerifyFirst, DocuSign, Easyllama, Notion) for accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze data and reports to inform decisions.
• Partner with parent company and oversee Travel Policy.
