Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers, providing excellent service.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and HR system registration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data; respond to policy, benefits, payroll, and recruitment inquiries.
• Support data entry, HRIS updates, and employment/unemployment verifications.
