Job summary

taproduce is seeking a Traveling HR Associate to be the friendly first contact for employees, applicants, guests, and visitors. You will support recruiting, onboarding, data entry, and maintain accurate employee records while upholding respect, integrity, and service.

Based in the Yuma area with travel to Salinas and Huron, this role requires strong computer skills, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, and a proactive, confidentiality‑minded approach to HR tasks.

Qualifications

• Associates degree and at least two years HR-related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication with employees and stakeholders.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and callers.
• Answer, screen, and forward calls to appropriate team members.
• Assist onboarding paperwork and HR system registration.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Support HR functions including benefits, payroll, recruiting, and employee relations.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Stay updated on company policies and HR best practices.
