Job summary

You will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure every interaction reflects Redirect Health's culture and mission while creating a positive candidate experience.

• Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts and coordinate interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling with candidates and interview teams.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Ensure every candidate interaction reflects a positive, professional experience.
• Support job posting management and recruiting coordination across roles.
• Onboarding and new team member experience: coordinate and lead onboarding.
• Facilitate orientation and help new team members understand company culture and resources.
• Serve as a welcoming point of contact for new team members as they get started.
• Continuously improve the onboarding experience to be engaging and clear.
• Partner with the Director of People Operations on initiatives that strengthen team member experience and culture.
