Job summary

Healthcare Management Administrators (HMA) is seeking an HR Specialist to support recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and HR admin activities. You will help drive employee experience, assist with benefits and LOA processes, and contribute to a learning and development program across the organization.

You will collaborate with the People Operations team to maintain calendars, prepare communications, and manage LMS platforms while supporting remote-friendly work arrangements and a strong People First

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR Operations or corporate experience.
• Experience supporting recruitment processes and onboarding logistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
• Familiarity with benefits, LOA, and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and assist onboarding to deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding from offer to Day One and track pre-employment requirements.
• Assist timecard readiness and bi-weekly payroll support.
• Draft internal communications and maintain HR calendars.
• Administer LMS activities and Go1 platform management.
