Job summary

Confido, an AI infrastructure group powering leading brands, is hiring a People Operations Manager in NYC. You will own the execution layer of People Ops, ensuring seamless candidate experiences from offer through onboarding and beyond.

You'll partner with recruiting and leadership, owning processes, data accuracy, and improvements. The role offers significant ownership and room to grow into performance management and broader People infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with strong deadlines and moving pieces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS and recruiting tools; Rippling and Ashby a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own offer paperwork including letters, DocuSign, and decks.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding through Rippling and Ashby.
• Coordinate calendars and onboarding logistics for new hires.
• Run visa processes and coordination through Concord with immigration counsel.
• Maintain employee records and People processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve People Ops infrastructure.
• Over time own performance management processes and reviews.
