Job summary

CXtec Inc. is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead HR programs and scale the employee lifecycle in a hybrid role based in Norcross, GA or Syracuse, NY.

You will own employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation administration, HRIS governance, reporting and process optimization. The ideal candidate has 7+ years’ HR experience, a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, and HR certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with direct ownership of core HR functions.
• HR certification(s) preferred (PHR, SHRM – CP).
• Experience building HR programs, systems, processes and infrastructure from scratch.
• Experience utilizing HRIS, reporting and analytics.
• Ability to operate autonomously with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
• Lead employee relations matters, coaching managers and investigations as needed.
• Design and implement compensation structures and pay practices.
• Govern HRIS data integrity, reporting and process governance.
• Develop engagement programs and support culture initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
• Partner with leaders to scale HR programs and infrastructure.
• Drive data-driven decisions through HR metrics and dashboards.
