Planet’s People Operations team seeks a driven manager to lead US immigration, EOR operations, and global mobility from our Arlington, VA office in a hybrid setup. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and People Business Partners to ensure compliance and scalable processes.

With 4+ years in HR/People Operations across countries, you’ll implement HRIS initiatives, manage US multi-state labor law changes, and strengthen vendor relationships while building documentation and SOPs for a

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR/People Operations across countries and states
• 2+ years as a people manager
• Direct experience managing US immigration/visa processes
• Deep knowledge of multi-state US labor law, including CA requirements
• Experience with global Employers of Record
• Vendor management experience
• Strong attention to detail and process adherence
• Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and data mindset
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead US immigration matters and coordinate with employees, managers, and People Partners
• Manage Employers of Record operations and onboarding for US and global entities
• Ensure US multi-state compliance and updates to employee handbook
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation for scalable operations
• Support onboarding and hire-to-retire processes for US-based P&O Partners
• Collaborate on global expansion, HRIS implementations, and data reporting
