Job summary

Zinda Law Group, PLLC is seeking an HR Manager to own and operate the firm’s people infrastructure end-to-end. This is a high-impact operator role focused on recruiting support, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and continuous process improvement.

You will connect leadership with scalable systems, impacting hiring quality, employee performance, compliance, and business growth in a high-growth personal injury law firm across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
• 1–2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in managing benefits is required (partnering with brokers, negotiations, and open enrollment administration)
• Experience supporting recruiting (posting, screening, coordination, compensation proposals)
• Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto)
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the firm’s people infrastructure end-to-end.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, HR systems, compliance, and process improvement.
• Act as connective tissue between leadership and systems for scaling the firm.
• Impact hiring quality, employee performance, compliance, and business growth.
• Manage employee life events and benefits eligibility changes.
• Oversee compliance communications and policy updates.
• Develop and track training programs and certifications.
• Own HRIS data accuracy and reporting.
• Support performance review cycles and tie to compensation.
