Job summary

Zinda Law Group is seeking an HR Manager to own the firm’s people infrastructure end-to-end, a high-impact role beyond routine HR tasks.

You will connect leadership with HR systems, influence hiring quality, compliance, onboarding, and process improvements across Texas and other states. Join a growth-focused team, help scale People Operations, and shape programs for benefits, training, reporting, and performance management.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of HR Generalist or People Operations experience.
• 1–2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing benefits (broker coordination, open enrollment).
• Experience supporting recruiting (posting, screening, coordination, compensation proposals).
• Experience with HRIS platforms (BambooHR, Rippling, Gusto).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the firm's HR infrastructure end-to-end.
• Oversee compliance with federal/state laws across TX, CO, AZ, NM.
• Lead benefits administration and annual open enrollment.
• Develop training and maintain LMS/training documentation.
• Build reports and dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Support performance management cycles and KPIs.
