Ametrine Inc. is seeking an HR Manager to own day-to-day HR operations across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance, HRIS, and compliance.

The role serves as a trusted resource for employees and managers, guiding HR policies, workplace concerns, benefits, and employee needs while ensuring accurate HR administration. The position also supports employee engagement, culture, and communications initiatives that reinforce Ametrine’s values and mission, and maintains compliance with employment

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of HR generalist and/or management experience covering recruiting, employee relations, benefits, and compliance.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee recruiting and talent acquisition activities from posting to offers and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, requests, and confidentiality while ensuring policy guidance.
• Administer HR records, HRIS data, reporting, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee benefits administration and leave management with brokers and vendors.
• Support performance management and recognition programs.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
