Job summary

Techoundsllc is seeking an HR professional to administer HR plans for all personnel, helping develop and implement policies, and maintaining the employee handbook. You will assist in recruitment, documentation, and handling employment contracts while ensuring compliance with regulations.

The role includes supporting performance management, training, and employee relations. Proficiency with HRIS and talent management systems is required to enable effective data reporting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years HR experience, or master's in HR management and 2 years HR experience, or 7 years HR experience.
• Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures for all personnel; maintains the employee handbook and policies manual.
• Supports recruitment, prescreening, interviews, and employment contracts.
• Assists in policy development, compliance with employment laws, and training programs.
• Maintains HRIS records and prepares reports for department goals and performance.
