This leader will oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development and engagement—designing DEI initiatives and a culture of continuous learning and growth. Strong leadership, HR expertise, and the ability to navigate complex organizational challenges are essential.

• Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal-setting, feedback, and development planning.
• Conduct analytics and data analysis to inform HR decisions and drive business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and external partners, including HR associations and industry groups.
• Stay up-to-date on labor laws and regulations, including compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Develop and manage HR budgets, including labor costs, training expenses, and other HR-related expenditures.
