Job summary

Prevail Bank is seeking a VP, People Operations to translate the CPO’s vision into disciplined execution across the employee lifecycle. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, HR systems, and employee experience.
• Proven success leading HR professionals and executing enterprise priorities within an executive direction.
• Strong judgment advising senior leaders on complex workforce and compliance matters.
• Experience using workforce data and process improvement to strengthen decisions and service.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into priorities, operating plans, and measurable execution across People Operations.
• Lead and coach the People Operations team; provide responsive, accurate support to employees and leaders.
• Establish scalable processes, controls, and technology-enabled practices to strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Lead HR policies, programs, and technology changes with stakeholder alignment and adoption.
• Serve as senior advisor on complex employee relations, performance, conduct, and investigations.
