Job summary

Paxos is seeking a hands-on Manager, People Operations to design and run key HR programs, systems, and analytics in a fast-growing environment. You will lead onboarding, compliance, and vendor renewals while partnering with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to keep processes aligned with business priorities.

You’ll drive HR system improvements (Workday), build scalable dashboards, and ensure compliant operations across geographies, including international populations, while integrating acquired

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 8-10 years in People Operations.
• Experience supporting high-growth tech or regulated industries.
• Experience integrating acquired employees into HR systems (M&A/onboarding).
• Experience supporting distributed international populations and cross-geography compliance.
• Strong analytical skills to model and present people data.
• Hands-on with HR systems (Workday) and reporting for automation.
• Experience leading HR programs across the employee lifecycle.
• Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with proactive problem-solving.
• Strong communication and influencing across all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree and advanced HR certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and rollout of people programs and HR systems.
• Partner with HRBPs, TA, and L&D to align processes with priorities.
• Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting.
• Monitor people metrics and build dashboards for executives and the Board.
• Ensure compliance across geographies, including international populations.
• Support integration of acquired employees into People Operations lifecycle.
