Job summary

Paxos in the United States is seeking a hands-on Manager, People Operations to design and run key People programs and systems in a fast-growing environment.

You will partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and L&D to ensure processes scale across geographies, including integrating acquired employees and navigating compliance.

You will lead HR systems improvements, build advanced dashboards, and drive cross-functional initiatives with executives and the Board in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with 8-10 years focused on People Operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and rollout of people programs including onboarding, engagement surveys, compliance, and systems/vendor renewals.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure processes and programs are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business priorities.
• Lead HR systems improvements, automation, and reporting to increase accuracy and scalability.
• Monitor people metrics and build advanced dashboards to provide actionable insights to executives and the Board.
• Ensure policies, processes, and systems remain compliant across multiple geographies, including small or newly established international populations.
• Support the integration of acquired employees into the People Operations lifecycle, including systems, benefits, onboarding, and compliance alignment.
