Job summary

Children & Family Advocacy Center is seeking a Human Resource Manager to strengthen our people operations and support our mission-based team in Rogers, AR. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, HR systems, and employee relations, while fostering a compassionate, accountable culture.

You will collaborate with leadership to implement effective HR practices, maintain confidential records, and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of progressive human resources experience.
• Experience with HRIS systems, payroll processing, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, HR compliance, and personnel practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate talent acquisition and hiring processes for employees and interns.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure proper documentation and training.
• Support benefits enrollment and provider coordination to enhance the employee experience.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment requirements.
• Administer the HRIS, generate reports, and optimize HR processes for efficiency.
• Process payroll in partnership with leadership to ensure timely compensation.
• Support staff engagement initiatives and employee surveys with actionable reporting.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employee relations and confidential HR guidance.
• Collaborate with leaders to promote a healthy workplace culture and aligned policies.
