Job summary

The North Texas Food Bank seeks a People & Culture Specialist to oversee HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate systems, onboarding, benefits support, and compliance while maintaining data integrity and a positive employee experience.

You will manage HRIS data, generate workforce reports, support surveys, and partner with leaders to drive process improvements, leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of HR operations or related experience.
• Experience with HRIS platforms and benefits administration.
• Paylocity experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and new-hire paperwork.
• Lead new-hire orientation and support offboarding.
• Develop workforce reports and dashboards for leaders.
• Administer benefits, leave and workers’ compensation processes.
• Post job openings and manage HR inboxes with responsive service.
