Casechek is seeking a People Operations Manager who will own talent acquisition, workforce strategy, and culture development. You will advise leadership, improve policies, and manage compensation with our PEO.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a hybrid Chicago environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in People Operations, experience hiring technical/data roles, strong data analytics, and exceptional coaching and communication skills to drive positive

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People Operations experience including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, policy development, personnel relations and engagement initiatives.
• Experience filling technical and data driven roles including software engineering and data analytics positions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and coaching ability.
• In-depth knowledge of human resources best practices and labor laws.
• Demonstrated success in building high-caliber organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of talent acquisition, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and team members.
• Develop and execute workforce strategies that align with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and team members on people operations matters, providing guidance and support.
• Oversee payroll and benefits administration in partnership with our PEO.
• Stay updated on HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
