Job summary

Verathon is seeking a Sr Manager, People Operations to design and lead an innovative HR function. You will manage HR technology, operations, onboarding, and compliance while driving continuous improvement across payroll and total rewards.

You will partner with leaders to implement scalable processes, leverage AI, and ensure governance and data integrity in UKG and related systems. A strong focus on employee experience and optimization is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field and 6+ years of experience.
• Experience leading HR/People Operations programs and recurring annual processes.
• System enablement experience with HR tech, analytics, governance and automation.
• UKG systems experience preferred; optimize data, reporting, workflows, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Technology, HR Operations, Onboarding, Leaves of Absence, and Compliance.
• Build scalable People Operations services with clear ownership and processes.
• Partner with HR core functions to improve service delivery using tech and analytics.
• Own salary planning, performance reviews, promotions, and recurring cycles.
• Create standardized workflows to reduce complexity and ensure continuity.
• Leverage HR technology and AI to automate routine tasks and improve quality.
• Maintain governance, controls, and knowledge documentation across programs.
• Communicate with vendors and manage program budgets.
