Wendy's in New York is seeking a capable leader to head a multi-talented team. You will manage daily restaurant operations, staff, scheduling, and training to build a 5-star team that delights customers and drives performance.

You’ll coach and develop crew members, create a positive work environment, and support the GM in all people and operations areas. You’ll help ensure fresh food execution and excellent service every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum of years of experience leading people, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED (some college or military background considered).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards.
• Flexible work availability.

Responsibilities

• Identify 5-Star talent and optimize scheduling to place the right people in the right places.
• Support the General Manager in coaching and development of the team.
• Assist in people and operations areas for the Wendy’s restaurant.
• Contribute to increasing store sales and achieving profit goals.
• Lead shifts and ensure high-quality service and customer experience.
