Job summary

Quindar is seeking a People Operations Manager to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support and offboarding.

You will balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day operations, ensuring compliant, scalable people processes that align with our culture. The role reports to the Business Operations Manager and partners with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in people operations, human resources, recruiting, or a related role.
• Experience independently managing multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in a startup, technology company, aerospace company, or other highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through offboarding.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on people practices.
• Maintain accurate employee records, policies, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, renewals, and communications with brokers/vendors.
• Support performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement, and professional development processes.
