Job summary

Quindar is hiring a People Operations Manager to oversee the employee lifecycle from recruiting and onboarding through ongoing support and offboarding. This hands-on role blends HR, compliance, event planning, and workplace programs to build a scalable, high-quality employee experience.

The role reports to the Business Operations function and emphasizes creating structure, solving practical problems, and balancing strategic work with day-to-day execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in people operations or HR roles.
• Experience managing multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Experience in a startup, technology, aerospace, or highly regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and compliance.
• Experience coordinating recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Ability to plan complex events, manage vendors, and stay within budget.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail; empathetic judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding, changes, leave, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records, policies, templates, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment with brokers and vendors.
• Support performance reviews, compensation reviews, engagement, and professional development processes.
• Help managers navigate employee relations with consistency and good judgment.
• Build scalable processes for a growing workforce and preserve high-quality employee experience.
• Manage relationships with HR, benefits, payroll, recruiting, and employment vendors.
• Plan and execute company events and culture programs.
• Support internal communications and company-wide meetings as needed.
