Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Manager, People to lead the day-to-day operations of the People function across communities, regional teams, and corporate functions. You will oversee employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance to ensure consistent HR practices.

The role requires partnering with managers to resolve workplace concerns, strengthen leadership capability, and align HR processes with company standards, policies, values, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations, workplace investigations, documentation and corrective action, leave and accommodation coordination, and HR processes in alignment with company standards, policies, values, and applicable laws.
• Lead the day-to-day operations of TAM Residential’s People function, including HR Operations, performance management, and compliance.
• Partner with Regional Property Managers, Community Managers, and leaders to resolve workplace concerns and strengthen leadership capability.
