Job summary

TAM Residential in Plano, TX is seeking a Manager, People to lead the day-to-day operations of the People function across communities, regional teams, and corporate. You will guide employee relations, HR operations, performance management, and compliance to deliver excellent service and organizational value.

Partner with Regional Property Managers and leaders to resolve workplace concerns, implement HR processes, and leverage HRIS data to identify trends and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive human resources experience, including at least two years in a leadership or senior HR business partner role.
• Experience managing employee relations matters, investigations, coaching on performance management, and corrective action.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, wage and hour, leave, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance management activities.
• Coach leaders on performance management, documentation, and separations.
• Oversee HR operations, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Analyze workforce data and trends using HRIS to improve people practices.
• Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and processes.
