Job summary

HYROX World GmbH seeks an HR Manager (m/f/d) to strategically drive day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., bridging our global HQ with local execution in Chicago.

You will lead the local People team, own compliance, payroll workflows, and data integrity across systems while aligning with global mobility, recruitment, IT, and policy teams. This is a hands-on, leadership role in a fast-growing, matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team.
• Ability to adapt global HR frameworks to U.S. standards.
• Proven ability to build team connection and engagement.
• Proficient in Mac OS, Google Workspace, and payroll/HRIS tools.
• Hands-on operator with leadership maturity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day HR operations in the U.S., bridging HQ and local workforce.
• Lead local People team, coaching and development.
• Ensure US compliance, multi-state rules and payroll workflows.
• Manage HRIS data integrity across global and domestic systems.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, IT and Global Mobility.
• Translate global People strategy into local execution.
