  4. Build a data-driven approach to measuring and improving individual and organizational performance.
Talent Development & Leadership Growth
  1. Create and execute high-impact learning and development programs that support a culture of excellence.
  2. Partner with managers to enhance leadership capabilities, providing coaching, mentorship programs, and structured feedback loops.
  3. Implement succession planning strategies to ensure continuous leadership pipeline development.
Employee Life Cycle Management & Engagement
  1. Own the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a frictionless and high-impact experience.
  2. Build and optimize people processes that retain top talent and drive productivity.
  3. Develop and implement data-driven engagement strategies, using pulse surveys, retention analytics, and employee feedback.
  4. Foster an intensely high-performing culture while ensuring employees feel deeply engaged and motivated.
What We'll Love About You
  1. Proven experience in consulting & startups: You have worked at a top consulting firm and scaled people operations in a high-growth, fast-paced startup.
  2. 5+ years in People Ops, Talent Management, or Organizational Development, focusing on building and optimizing high-performance cultures.
  3. Obsessed with talent density: You understand how to identify, nurture, and retain A+ players while ensuring low performers don’t slow the team down.
  4. Strong leadership and coaching ability—you can influence executives and managers to drive people-first decision-making.
  5. Analytical & data-driven approach to performance, engagement, and talent development.
  6. Relentless drive for excellence—you set an extremely high bar and don’t settle for mediocrity.
