Seven Research is seeking a People Operations Intern to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, and office operations in our New York office. You will help manage candidate communications, maintain HR records, and assist with events and employee experience initiatives.

The role offers hands-on exposure to HR systems, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the operations team to deliver polished experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in people operations, HR, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized across multiple tasks, deadlines, calendars, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
