Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program with an emphasis in a business-related field and/or Human Resources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with HRIS is preferred.
• Sophomore year status or higher; prior HRIS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with HR programs and policies across the full talent life cycle.
• Data entry, validation, reporting, and data manipulation in Excel or HRIS.
• Prepare materials for employee and management events and meetings.
• Back up other department coordinators in talent acquisition and total rewards.
• Perform confidential administrative tasks and HR operations support.
