Qualifications

• Relevant internship experiences preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required at the time of hiring.
• Knowledge of employment law/EEOC requirements and banking industry.
• SHRM-SCP/SHRM-CP/SPHR/PHR certifications preferred.
• Possess capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual in Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding by collecting documents and preparing introductory material.
• Maintain up-to-date records of the recruiting process and background checks.
• Assist with the intern to full-time and consultant to full-time conversion processes following policies.
• Coordinate training programs and development initiatives for staff.
• Assist with DEI initiatives and employee relations projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and relevant laws.
