Qualifications

• Pursuing interest in HR, organizational development, engineering, data analytics, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning experiences with experts and create content such as guides, assessments, and video scripts.
• Assist with early career programs and succession planning activities.
• Support culture and employee experience initiatives and engagement activities.
• Analyze learning data, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and manage timelines and deliverables.
• Attend meetings and collaborate with SMEs and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment.
