Hersheypark Entertainment Complex in Hershey, PA is seeking a Full-Time Trainer for the Retail and Games Department. The role designs and delivers training programs, updates curricula, and collaborates with area managers to ensure staffing and process alignment.

The trainer will serve as a liaison with Scheduling to support smooth operations, lead employee engagement events, and assist in recruitment activities across the entertainment complex.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable with public speaking and giving presentations.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and present department training sessions for the Retail and Games Department at Hersheypark. Update annual trainings for all positions within the assigned area.
• Work with area managers to understand department needs and issues. Continuously identify training opportunities in order to provide ongoing improvement to department processes and procedures.
• Serve as liaison with the Scheduling Department to ensure operational needs are met.
• Lead employee engagement efforts by planning and executing departmental employee appreciation events throughout the year; participating in employee events throughout the year.
• Attend and participate in interview sessions, job fairs, and recruitment events in order to assist in filling entertainment complex wide and department staffing needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This position is responsible for the training of all part-time employees within the Retail and Games Department at Hersheypark. This position also serves as the liaison with the Scheduling Department to ensure operational needs are being met.

Skilled in the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, and Word.
