Job summary

Front Door Defense is seeking a People Operations Generalist to be the on-site HR lead at the Las Vegas fulfillment center. You will advocate for employees, manage day-to-day HR tasks, onboarding, and training, and partner with the People Team to deliver consistent experiences across locations.

This role supports a startup environment with emphasis on culture and continuous improvement. The role focuses on warehouse employee experience, engagement initiatives, policy adherence, and collaboration

Qualifications

• 3+ years human resource experience or blend of operations and HR.
• Experience supporting hourly employee client groups.
• Experience in retail, call center, distribution center, or manufacturing environments.
• Proficiency with HRIS Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local HR contact and employee advocate on-site at the FC location.
• Implement targeted HR programs to improve warehouse employee experience.
• Collaborate with 1P People Team to promote culture and values across locations.
• Analyze people data and advise on engagement and policy adherence.
• Coach managers on conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and leave accommodations.
• Support onboarding, training, and daily HR tasks for warehouse associates.
