Job summary

The Boring Company is seeking an HR Generalist to support field HR operations, onboarding, and employee relations for the Las Vegas site. You will process HRIS transactions, verify I-9s, and coordinate recruiting activities for Vegas Loop and related sites.

With 4+ years in front-facing HR roles and a Bachelor’s in HR, you will coach leaders, manage investigations, and serve as the HR single point of contact for benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 4+ years of front-facing HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Process HRIS transactions and I-9 verification for new employees.
• Provide field HR support to Vegas Loop and other sites.
• Manage onboarding: offer letters, background checks.
• Conduct employee investigations, separations, and exit interviews.
• Coach and mentor leaders; be point of contact for HR matters.
• Audit time/attendance; manage software provisioning.
