Job summary

PNW Warehousing is seeking an experienced and people-focused Human Resources professional to support our growing team and day-to-day HR operations. This role serves as a trusted resource for employees and leadership, helping create a positive, compliant, and performance-driven workplace while supporting the fast-paced needs of a warehousing and logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is approachable, organized, and comfortable balancing employee support with business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws (federal and WA).
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Proven recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding capabilities.
• Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• HR software proficiency including BambooHR or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting activities: job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate new-hire onboarding and orientation.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, job descriptions, and HR docs.
• Address employee questions on policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Support employee relations and investigations while recommending resolutions.
• Partner with managers on performance management and staff development.
• Administer benefits enrollment, changes, and communications; monitor attendance.
