Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and policy application.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices; ability to exercise discretion.
• Experience using HRIS and ATS; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions.
• Coordinate the new-hire process from accepted offer through introductory period.
• Support employee relations and manager coaching.
• Administer benefits and open enrollment processes.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
