Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
• Three or more years of progressive HR experience, generalist role preferred.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, policy application.
• Experience using an HRIS and ATS; strong reporting and data skills.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit full-cycle recruiting for field and office positions.
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding and new-hire processes.
• Provide employee relations support and policy guidance.
• Administer benefits and leave programs.
• Maintain HRIS, ATS, records, and reporting; audit data.
• Plan employee engagement events.
