Job summary

Roman Home Services is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to support field technicians, customer service and office staff, reporting to the HR Manager. You will own recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, policy management, HRIS/ATS, and employee records.

In a fast-paced home-services environment you will balance service with accurate administration, ensure compliance, coordinate open enrollment and employee events, and partner with managers to build strong workforce processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and recordkeeping.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and office roles.
