Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR activities in a mid-to-large organization.
• Proven ability to manage onboarding, benefits, and payroll support.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and collaborate with department leaders on staffing.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Serve as the primary contact for questions on payroll, timekeeping, and policies.
• Maintain confidential HR records and ensure compliance across states.
