Job summary

KELLER is seeking an HR Generalist to deliver day-to-day HR services, focusing on onboarding and the employee experience. The role partners with managers to ensure effective onboarding, training plans, and compliance activities across the employee lifecycle.

You will support development, performance processes, HRIS maintenance, and leave management while upholding confidentiality and building strong relationships with staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires with onboarding plans and training resources.
• Support learning and development and compliance training.
• Assist with performance management and HR process administration.
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and respond to HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Support recruiting, leave administration, and payroll-related activities.
