Job summary

Agile Space Industries in Durango, CO is seeking an HR Generalist II to support onboarding, HRIS, compliance, and employee engagement. This role blends hands-on administration with process improvement in a fast-growing aerospace environment.

You will manage onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and records, while collaborating with team leads to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. A Bachelor’s in HR or related field is preferred, along with SHRM/PHR certification.

Qualifications

• Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field and relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• SHRM or PHR certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding & new hire experience coordination, orientation sessions, and compliance checks.
• HRIS records management, employee status changes, and data reporting responsibilities.
• Compliance, record keeping, audits, and offboarding processes.
• Employee engagement support and involvement in LMS management and development initiatives.
