Job summary

ECA, a growing real estate investment and management company based in Raleigh, NC, seeks an experienced HR Generalist for our corporate team. This full-time, in-office role partners with the Director of Human Resources to support employee relations, onboarding, performance management, benefits, compliance, and recruiting as needed.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized resource for employees and managers, handling multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Solid knowledge of HR functions, laws, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main HR contact for employees and managers.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and HR transactions.
• Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and offer letters.
• Support performance management, recognition, and engagement programs.
• Manage HRIS records, reporting, and compliance tasks.
• Collaborate with payroll, IT, and leadership on HR initiatives.
