Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Must understand HR processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruiting and manage interview scheduling in Jobvite.
• Create and maintain employee files including onboarding documents and EEO/AAP forms.
• Manage payroll and leaves of absence, including FMLA tracking.
• Educate employees on benefits provided.
• Ensure background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify compliance.
