Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource to all co-workers.
• Assist in monitoring and supporting company policies and regulations including FMLA, ADA, harassment investigations.
• Conduct new co-worker orientations and set up records.
• Maintain and develop HR reports and administer the Service Award Program.
• Support recruitment activities and schedule interviews.
