Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR operations, people operations, or related HR experience.
- Experience leading HRIS, ATS, HR technology with data governance and automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and operating priorities for core People operations and oversee onboarding, HRIS, benefits, and compliance.
- Drive annual HR programs and governance with cross-functional partners (Finance, Legal, Talent, Total Rewards).
- Advance onboarding experiences, data integrity, reporting, and HR service delivery.
- Oversee vendor relationships, SLAs, contracts, and HR technology roadmaps.
