Job summary

GALLO is seeking an HR Data Specialist to maintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance of employee data across multiple pay groups and entities. You will serve as a trusted resource for HR partners, time administrators, and centers of excellence while handling confidential information.

This role collaborates with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to resolve data issues, support audits, test systems, and drive Lean process improvements for 7,000+ employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in HR admin or similar.
• Discretion with confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee data accuracy across pay groups and entities.
• Support audits, system testing, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with I-9, E-Verify, and labor postings.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS.
