Job summary

voestalpine Railway Systems Nortrak in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training management and offboarding. This role will coordinate safety initiatives and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, FMLA, OSHA and other regulations.

You will assist with employee relations, benefits administration, and training activities, leveraging ADP HRIS and Kronos.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Experience administering and communicating benefit programs.
