Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS software.

Responsibilities

• Assist associates with benefits, time-off, onboarding, and events with prompt, courteous service.
• Coordinate with talent acquisition for hiring support and recruitment traffic.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for HR and managers.
• Process separations and exit procedures with proper documentation.
• Support payroll and benefits processes and help with HR projects.
